All persons entering for service MUST have an appointment. 

All persons entering MUST have a mask or face covering that will be worn for the duration of your visit.

All persons entering MUST wash their hands immediatley upon entry.

All persons entering MUST receive a temperature check.

All persons entering do so without symptoms of Covid 19 or Flu.

No one knowingly infected with Covid 19 or Flu shall enter.

If you have been in contact with a person infected with Covid 19 or Flu within 15 days please wait until you have done a 14 day quarantine before scheduling.  Thank you.
