Our Policies

Payment/Gratuity

  • Deposits are required for new clients at their first booking. 

  • Payment and balances are expected at the end of your service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, apple pay, and mobile cards.  

  • Gratuity is not mandatory only appreciated. We also really appreciate your Yelp, Google, and social media reviews. And of course referrals (Receive a $5 credit per referral!).

Booking/Late/Cancellation Policy

  • It is best to create your appointment at least 72 hours ahead of time however feel free to call to see if there is availability for a same-day appointment. 

  • All new clients are required to leave a 50% deposit towards their appointment. 

  • Please call if you will be more than 10 minutes late. If you are 10 minutes or more late we have the right to shorten your service as we see fit or to consider the client a "No Show" and may not receive booked services. Deposits are not refundable in this situation.

  • Cancellations. We understand that life happens and you may have to cancel your appointment on occasion. We ask that you cancel with at least 24 hours whenever possible so that I may be able to give another client the opportunity to take the reservation.All cancellations within 12 hours of service will be charged 90% of their booked service fees. 

  • No shows are very frustrating for professionals.  It means another client may not get the reservation they preferred. After a "No Show" your future bookings will require a 50% non-refundable booking fee at the time of booking. The fee will go towards your service.

  • All cancellations within 12 hours of service and "No Shows" forfeit all booking fees/deposits, discounts, gift certificates, deals, etc. associated with the booked service AND will be charged 90% of their booked service fees.
